Moong Bean Daal
We have brought the moong bean dal, which is used for making variety of dishes. The dal is prepared with the boiled mug beans and often made with the tadka of onion. The garnishing of the dal with fresh coriander leaves makes it look presentable apart from being delicious. It is also used to make salads, sprouts, soups.
